CT Sounds Partners with Return Magic to Offer New Return & Warranty Center!
Hello all CT Sounds Supporters!
 
I have some exciting news!! There have been some complaints about issues when it comes to return products and warranty so I have been researching the best way to fix this issue and automate the process. Last week I finally found a good solution! I spent the majority of today setting up our new self serve return & warranty center.
 
You can now open a return or warranty directly on our website, after you submit your return/ warranty you will automatically be emailed a prepaid return shipping label, and then once the item is delivered you are automatically refunded, issued store credit, or an exchange is processed!!
 
Since the whole service is now automated there should be no issues with returns and warranty claims getting approved moving forward!
 
You will no longer have to worry about how you are going to get a shipping label because now we provide you directly with a prepaid shipping label!
 
I hope everyone enjoys the new return and warranty center! Hopefully, this will cut down on any future complaints.

We did add 4 new customer service reps to our team over the weekend along with installing a new customer support software that should drastically increase the customer service we offer. We strive to provide our customers with QUALITY products at the most AFFORDABLE price with the BEST customer service possible!

**Please note that there is only 2 reasons that will cause us to have to manually approve your request. That is for items damaged during shipping and for incorrect items delivered. The reason for this is because we need specific pictures in order for us to open up a claim with our shipping and/ or warehousing company so we can get our money back. As soon as we get the pictures we request we will immediately approve your return request along with providing a prepaid return shipping label.
